This is one of the larger stands in Vaaloewer.
It is in tarred road and rocks has been removed it has been prepared for building. The access route to N1 and Vanderbijlpark has been tarred about a year ago. Vaaloewer is 25km from Vanderbijlpark, 75km from Johannesburg and 50km from Potchefstroom. We are 13km from the N1 and that makes it easy for people from Johannesburg to stay and travel to work.
We have a private fishing area, swimming pool and playground and owners in Vaaloewer have access to this for R2200 a year. This is not compulsory but the new purchaser�s choice.
