The access route to N1 and Vanderbijlpark is in a good condition. Vaaloewer is 25km from Vanderbijlpark, 75km from Johannesburg and 50km from Potchefstroom. We are 12km from the N1 and that makes it easy for people from Johannesburg, and Vanderbijlpark to stay and travel to work.
We have a private fishing area, swimming pool, playground and owners in Vaaloewer have access to this for R2600 a year. This is not compulsory but the new purchaser’s choice.
